The Property Gurus March Madness Bracket Challenge Official Rules
Eligibility: You must sign up for The Property Gurus March Madness Bracket Challenge to enter the competition and fill out and submit a tournament bracket via the link provided to you by your agent at The Property Gurus, LLC. If you have not been provide a direct link to enter the competition, you can automatically gain access by completing the submission form at https://www.417propertygurus.com/marchmadness . Participation in The Property Gurus March Madness Bracket Challenge (the "Contest") is open only to individuals who reside within the 417 area code. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Prize Collection: Winners must collect their prize in person at The Grill Guys business located at 932 US-60, Republic, MO 65738 and agree to be photographed with a representative of the The Property Gurus, LLC and The Grills Guys for promotional purposes. Valid photo identification may be required at the time of collection.
Prize Claim Period: Winners have fourteen (14) days from the date of the final game of the tournament to claim their prize. If a winner fails to claim their prize within this period, the prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of The Property Gurus, LLC.
Team Naming: When registering for the Contest, participants must name their bracket/team with their first name and last name or their first name and last initial to ensure accurate identification.
Valid Email Address: A valid email address must be provided for contest entry. This will be used for all correspondence related to the Contest, including notification of winnings.
Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from any person will result in disqualification.
General Conditions:
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Property Gurus, LLC, which shall be final in all respects.
- The Property Gurus, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.
- All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
